The cure for lower yield rates ... is lower yield rates.

IMO reversal is coming sooner rather than later. My $TNX EW count shows we are in wave 5 of a higher (ABC correction) wave C down from 1.75% level.

But even if this is correct it will still need to be confirmed at some point by moving sustainably above wave 4 of wave C swing high 1.42% area. So seems at least a week away at the least.

A number of economicly sensitive stocks, including BDRY and reopening stocks are getting hammered. China too is showing signs of below expectation growth. So it is safe to say that the market is discounting some of the rebound expectations.

From that perspective, it is not surprising to expect lower rates.
