I agree with you, Bill. Something is definitely happening. The question is
"What is it?" Mad has only had three trades today

Feb 4 09:48 0.30 1000 009 Green Line 031 Global
Feb 4 06:51 0.25 3000 082 DS 009 Green Line
Feb 4 06:49 0.22 708700 026 Haywood 082 DS

So the big trade was from DS to Haywood. This looks like an inside deal since it
was at $0.22.

Tom S. didn't give me any indication that Leticia was doing much. If anything
he sounded discouraged by the initial results.

The only news which would shake this market right now is a decision by
Barrick to walk. I don't think the new resource calculation, column tests,
twinned holes, infill drilling will produce anything VASTLY different than what
we already know. This market yawns at anything less than dramatic. If
Barrick walks, that is dramatic. How the market would react is anyone's guess.

As always, I don't have any inside leads so something entirely different could
be up. Whatever it is, I like it. 136 trade for 400,000 shares and its only 11:00
pacific. The big three:

080 First Marathon 94300 1.76 8000 1.90 86300 -151140
078 Salman 113500 1.75 60000 1.80 53500 -90075
063 Levesque Bea 82600 1.73 34300 1.71 48300 -84560

and again, Salmans 60,000 sell was a cross.

Best of Luck,

Ross
