It is easy to generate "candidate" and move them "forwards" by standard bios criteria. REGN placed realy high bar for PoC data that will satisfy economic of the drug development. At this point target tisue selection for siRNA (chemistry and chemical modifications) is in its infaltry. Would love to be proven wrong. I do like ALNY-REGN collaboration, siRNA is good technology, very close to Abs technology 15-20 years ago (when abs humanization started).
