Any secutity that can be so easily manupulated regardless of the fundamentals is a bad investment. If you think the warrants are a good investment at $6, fine, I don't. If someone must own Ligand, I see no compelling reason to buy the warrants at $6 when the stock can be bought at 11 1/4.
