It was stressed in con.call that ravenues from MCI and BT will start in Q1 1999(starting may 1, 1998).This yaer alone NN has got two contracts(see press releaces) 30 and 25 mil.The first is in US currency and will be realized by the and 0f 1998 ( you can call NN and conform if you wish), the second is in US ro Can. (?).TM told analysts that will be few announcments in coming Q( desin wins finalized as a contract). On january 3, 97 BT made press release.We lerned that this contract is worth 500 mil (US) and father extension coming soon.NN has made forcast o 65% growth in ATM WAN alone in fiscal in fiscal 1999.

I took your ATM estimates and projected them into the future. The
trend in ATM revenues is remarkably liner so I did a linear
regression (R^2=.987) and extrapolated it into the future. I also
regressed the ATM as % of total revenues (R^2=.9). I did not attempt
to estimate total revenue since it is all over the map. It is pretty
clear that Newbridge is in a product transition phase and if the past
is indicative of the future, the future looks promising. If TDM is
drying up does this signal a faster than expected industry transition
to ATM?
