April 30, 2003 is the day LB started this thread, and it's had, and in his honor should continue to have a great run. You and I both met Bill at different times in his former home of Honolulu. I got to dance with Bill at Coconut Willies........it was great fun. Everyone knows he is a veracious reader so it was no surprise that the first thing he asked my husband and I after introductions is "what books do you read?" The clothes he wore when he danced..........the hat, the spats, the vests............the people he taught to Swing, the women he loved to dance with.........Bill is a celebrity............and has always been a very classy guy. Will miss the even handed moderation of this and all of his threads. Godspeed LB!
