Do you mean the talked about patents do not exist, or do you mean they were not filed on the dates given? If the patents exist, and were filed on the dates specified, then there be smoke, and a lot of smoke. The rest of the claims, outrageous or hilarious or what ever else, are just noise that goes with the smoke. For all we know, the noise might themselves be camouflage / diversion to detract from the patents truth. Like I noted, severely swaying but still agnostic. Agenda? The agenda is for the truth.
