John,

I don't know who the sellers are, but I know one of the buyers. He has a big following with the oldtimers in the Y2K sector, and was one of the first people to identify the offshore Indian consulting companies as having great growth potential. Very bright. Didn't really understand the embedded system deal and how TAVA fit in with the overall picture. I emailed him a few things from the Research Site yesterday.

If you look at the August -> mid-Oct volume, you will see a lot of volume at sub 6 levels that has never been "answered". Some percentage of this volume is probably happy to get out with a profit and watch from the sidelines for a while.

LOTS of new money is coming in, and you know the MM vultures are licking their chops. How much of this money will stick around through the bad news?

TPRO has very hard ceilings at 6 1/2, 6 3/4, 7, etc. There is still plenty of time to scope out the new kid on the block, before (and if) it enjoys the karma-free flight of new highs.

On a more positive though somewhat off-topic note, did anyone see Tony Brown's Journal? A NJ company is enlisting an army of "paratechnicals" from the underemployed ranks of the non-technical work force, to examine COBOL code. There were some hints that they were looking for gov't backing -- call it RCIF ("Reading COBOL Is Fundamental")

The tone of the program was alarmist (Yeah!)

JohnnyH---- Volume indicates "something" is happening. As the tick is up it is a good sign for a strong run over a short period at a minimum. There is a sell for every buy,,, do not forget some people are still here at .67 - $1.00. Others are tired of waiting... I have started selling again and reducing my position. I am sure there are others looking to trade or purchase other issues as they can lessen or close their position.

JohnnyH-- Lots of block purchases around noon and sells later indicate trading has started again. Reason still unknown--- but will be out this week if it runs true to form. TPRO is again a traders dream,,, for a little while at least. Over 1mil shares strongly indicates heavy daytrading. Daytraders usually have an indication something is about to happen on the UP side for this type of a scene to materialize. A good sign for those holding foe awhile...
