James, All I know is gained through due diligence and most is based on second hand information at best. I my analysis I give them credit for being able to take a good idea and expand on it. I don't really feel secure in my investment, only hopeful...very hopeful. And faith comes into the picture. The confident sound in my posts comes from that hope and faith and how hard they are working and from what they have accomplished so far. You are right about the success rate of start-up companies. The difference here is that the acquisitions each are able to stand on their own and so the risk is minimized. But without financing ... instead of forward earnings of $0.16 per share, we'll be lucky to have the stock price be $0.16 per share at the end of 1998. I would appreciate it if Matt, you would confirm that it is a top priority to put together a financing deal and give us a little detail as to a possible time frame when we hope to complete it.
