Schwab uses the standard SEC compliance sheet and I will need to speak to them about Bwel's compliance as of last month. Sometimes even Schwab (as other firms) will disregard unless you push them.

I have studied BWEL and like the company and their assets but if Schwab does not allow me to Buy/Sell then it becomes somewhat of a worthless asset to me.

Thanks for the update. FWIW, it may be a buying opportunity if other shareholders decide to sell. There are not that many BWEL shareholders anyway, I think around 860 (or less).
