I have no plans on selling my BWEL but may be adding shares (have GTC orders in). Not sure what flexibility Schwab may have even if BWEL is in compliance.

Looking at their annual report now from the link you posted. BWEL is one of the best 'pure' plays for Ag farm exposure. Management is solid and their operations are quite good based on all of the problems farmers can have in this industry.

I now watch a few Youtube farmers (mainly corn & soybeans) in MN & Iowa and appreciate their hard work ethic, sophisticated farming skills (using state if the art technologies) and resilience to overcome problems (weather, equipment break down). These farmers are 3rd generation (or more) and they love what they do.
