Mongolia Gold Resources Ltd - Warrant price reduction Mongolia Gold Resources Ltd MGR Shares issued 24001373 1998-02-03 close $0.22 Wednesday Feb 4 1998 The VSE has consented to the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants: Special Warrants No. of Wt: 590,000 Wt expiry dates: May 13 1998 & May 13 1999 Original Wt exercise price: $1.16 & $1.41 New Wt exercise price: $0.40 & $0.46 These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 1,180,000 special warrants at $$1.16, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 12 1997. Dave W. This does not impress me. Warrants should be like options - you pays your money, you takes your chances. $0.46 for May of '99. Either MGR's future isn't very bright or MGR sure wants those warrants to be exercised. All I can say is GOOD-BYE! Glen
