TO ALL; you who are going to the meeting, have you heard from Helen recently. She sent me an email re: hotel arrangements at the Hyatt. Seems the special room rate expires Feb. 5th (tomorrow!) and she hasn't seen some on the reservation list. She suggests you go ahead and make reservations and cancel them later if necesary. Wish I were going to be able to go. Will need reports. C
