I'm sure Doug will comment but here are two dates fer MARK ya might take a peek at, 01/31/12 and 01/31/18. It's interesting that both spikes happened on same day and different years .. lol.

MARK has a rev. split prior to the Jan. 2018 high making that the effective high for the pattern. Most MIMs don't seriously challenge the pre-MIM low before the turn back toward the MDTL. MARK isn't really close to "serious" here. For a potential MIM pullback, it's pretty standard.
