I'm sure Doug will comment but here are two dates fer MARK ya might take a peek at, 01/31/12 and 01/31/18. It's interesting that both spikes happened on same day and different years .. lol.

MARK has a rev. split prior to the Jan. 2018 high making that the effective high for the pattern.
Most MIMs don't seriously challenge the pre-MIM low before the turn back toward the MDTL.
MARK isn't really close to "serious" here. For a potential MIM pullback, it's pretty standard.

Also, considering the behavior of small caps all year, which is the main constituency of The list, and considering what the stocks on The list did to get them on The list, there's likely to be a bunch of MIMs in there now.
Something to check.
