Thanks. I added your reply to my "Keeper List" and will put it on the "education to do list" perhaps bumping it ahead of "string theory."

It seems to explain why some big data companies like Palantir are/were so popular.

It sounds like someday, if the NSA hasn't already started, they will have everyone in a data base with a blockchain ID that lets big data / big brother track everything about us from driving record and vaccine status to favorite movies or dog or cat person with all the silly internet polls some take.

I watched PLTR for years when there were stories about the secretive company taking over downtown Palo Alto and thought about getting shares after it fell below the IPO price briefly but I chickened out. I don't remember why, probably not wanting to add another company to what I track. Also, co-founder Peter Thiel in "not loved" by the far left Taxifornians, especially after he spit in their faces and moved the company out of the state. Also, their shareholder structure is not what I like to invest in...
