"claims from New York Attorney General Letitia James that the firms hid losses and lied that each token was supported by one U.S. dollar"...

Thus... making them overly competitive with bankers... similarly lying that each dollar you deposit in a bank is held safely in your account, and fully backed ?

Heard the rumor today that the dollars they have... are less than 10% of the face value in Tether... which, again, is the same ratio, or better, than the banks ?

The generally increasing level of hostility of public officials everywhere to anything crypto... worth noting.

Moving Mina Forward — An Invitation | by Mina Protocol | MinaProtocol | Jul, 2021 | Medium

I think the point to emphasise here the huge investment in talent, time, and expense on new forms of money in the crypto landscape. Considering the problems we have with the current forms of money, this is a good place to invest the time and effort, no matter what the individial outcome is for a given crypto bet imo.

Naturally I prefer winners, if possible -g-
