That is resistance for NE...however, the OSX downtrend line(going back to December and before was broken decisively today at 102 or thereabouts.We closed OSX at 103.56.First time since the big Nov crush that OSX has pierced the upper downtrend resistance line.Also, the candle it made was a solid 6 pt.+ white bullish candle.The strongest indicator I see on the chart dating back to Oct. the day after the big drop(OSX up about 8 pts. that day. Tomorrow should have good follow through...Barring any bizzare news like the SLB fiasco last week! I said before that we should have already recovered except for SLB missing by 1 cent!That may go down as the biggest 1 cent in recent memory.The OSX lost 3 billion in value that day.
