I agree... and this possibility is troubling: 'we are unable to properly defend our infrastructure'. I spent some time recently with a relative who works in a plant manufacturing huge electrical transformers. They are way behind on delivery to utilities. He worries about this a great deal, says we could be looking at MONTHS without electricity in large swaths of the country in event of certain attacks... He also says the utilities cut corners ...which could make a difference.
