Here's another one of my Yahoos posts. I'll probably stop copying posts here pretty soon, but will continue with the chit chat. The turnaround is in full swing! Fourth quarter earnings look outstanding compared with previous year. Revenues up 7.7% from same quarter '96. EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest Taxes Depreciation and Amortization)$6.6M vs. $.07M 4th qtr '96. Year end EBITDA was $23.4M vs $9.2M in '96. Very impressive!! The guys in the industry typically quote these EBITDA numbers. "The fourth quarter EBITDA represents the first time in the Company's history that the seasonally weaker fourth quarter has exceeded the prior quarter's earnings." Earnings per share was $.02 vs. ($2.08) before extraordinary items loss 4th qtr last year. Quite a turnaround!! Year end income was $.01 per share vs loss of ($2.53)last year. Management is quite pleased with the turnaround (just talked to Rich Michaelson) and expect major improvements to continue for the foreseeable future. They've got close to $12M cash in the bank.
