I spoke to friend who is level-headed and because he needed to travel, he got vaccinated, but is not vaccinating his kid above age 12 for only biontech and AstraZeneca are available where he is. He normally splits his time between small French town, HK, and Vancouver, and after hunkering down in France for the past year has evacuated wife and kids to Victoria island.
