well rich ...that was just one of those words..that fit it perfectly but in reality we do call it "tort" law in the US...but I had to throw it in there because it was SOOOOO perfect.. ironic that tort law would cover a cause of action of throwing a pie in someones face..... watch for the video of it...I was laughing so hard at seeing the great Bill gates with this all over him and hearing that MSFT was considering pressing charges....actually it would be BIll gates pressing charges but of courseCNBC reported it as MSFT... oh I am still laughing about it... btw what is the TIASMP oh wait...I think I got it figured out till..I...am........my pants....??????
