Hi All:
Here is a post that appeared on IDTC thread of Yahoo Finance.

"Did anyone see this on Sue Herrera'a 'The Edge'? Talked about the new $.05 rate and showed reporter calling her mother on
Net2Phone Direct and her mother saying she could not tell a difference in the quality. Showed IDT's president Jim Courter talking
about the slight delay and saying that NO ONE will be able to beat their price. Talked about AT&T's plan to start internet calling
by June, with someone from AT&T saying their quality will be better. But the reporter said that AT&T will not beat IDT's $.05 a
minute...their rate will be about $.07."

Can anyone confirm this interview and the subject covered?
This may explain weakness in FTEL today. Fact is, some IT companies are pushing ahead with concrete expansion news (if not profits). FTEL needs progress in terms of sales, partnerships, solid marketing plan, NASDAQ listing, IPO, etc.
I think we are approaching a period when only specific progress in these areas shall be rewarded.

Go FTEL.

Thanks, Jack.

From 3pm on, we had 51.7% of day's total shares traded. It was barely bearish, because there were only 41,000 shares bought at the offer and 52,000 sold at the bid but large blocks of 5k or more turned the tide. There was only two 5k buys and six 5k+ sells (36k total). For the day there were 63,100 shares at the offer and 104,700 at the bid. If it's any consolation, the last 15 minutes of the day was about the most bullish: 17,400 buys and 9,600 sells. Furthermore, it's the chunky investors you want to see hit the exits. By the time the major stock brokers will be doing the analysis on Franklin, it'll be at $30 or more. What were they thinking? How much support are the major investors getting from the major brokers? None. It's a tough world but I don't imagine Frank or Helen have all the time in the world.
