If "his" is DavidSmith's I should tell him that somebody has broken into his safe, stolen his certs, forged his name and is now selling his stock.<g>

Whoever is doing this, is doing it slowly, and is probably poised to start buying back in. Ad Hatters current performance can support the current stock price. As such, I find it hard to believe the rest of the company has no additional value. Patience KZAP

Tell ya what I'm gonna do...I'm gonna make you an offer you just can't refuse. I've got 10,000 shares of this little beauty that I paid $2.10 per share for, and they've been parked in my account since November of 1997. Just because I think you're a swell guy, I'll let you drive away with 'em for only $1.75 per share! That's a 17% discount, so whaddaya say, KZAP? We got a deal?
