All I hessitate to post this info from a conversation I had with a Nasdaq official . I hessitate only because the nay sayers will be all over it. The qualification for a company that is filing to join the Nasdaq big board is generally written in stone. I was informed that a company must have the bid at 5 or better for 30 consecutive days for the Nasdaq to approve listing. The question was raised here that there might be flexability in this regulation. Fact is each case is annalyzed case by case. The Nasdaq official made it very clear that the bid requirement was generally followed. I asked what can be done with a company that meets all other requirements except the bid and the official said the company can pull the application until they achieved that number, that refile. I asked if they could file the application and have it retro backed a month and the official said that yes that has been done for special cases. I am not saying FTEL will not get listing in the near future. I am confident that they will achieve this goal in the near future. This thread is for posting information that hopefully is informative and to the best of our knowledge to be true. Ignore the flies and focus on the issues

Seth
