I called my Schwab Panicle Team and they are researching this for me; (1) is their SEC list updated, (2) exceptions for pink sheet trading

He was going to check w/ the group that sent out their email. He has been getting calls from other clients about other stocks on that list.

I will post if/when I hear anything.
