I'm just not a bitcher, I just take my business elsewhere.

Life is to short to choose to get ugly.

Move on folks, nothing to see here.

When running a dealership, perhaps one of the most competitive industries around, I always told and led by example that superior service to the customer is what builds loyalty to our company.

I ate worked and slept that belief.

When a customer called me with a problem, I thanked them for letting me know. It was far better than you never doing business with us again.

Big high end Dealer in Dallas wrote a book about customer service.
