I concur. Most of these class action suits against companies based on a drop in share price are big revenue generators for sleazy attorneys. There are actually firms who sit around and watch for big drops in stock, call up shareholders and try to get the ball rolling. It makes me ill. They're sick and they need serious professional help.

I agree; Its a case of sour grapes; You roll the dice and
suffer/enjoy the consequences! The BDI law suit will probably
keep the stock price depressed, further aggravating the
current share holder base! Long BDI...
