He should worry (I'm sure he does).

That's a sure fired way to stifle your best employee's performance.

He's one who would hold another back, so they don't pass him up.

Lot's of middle managers out there, well beyond their level of competence.

The guy even wants to control his family. YIKES eh?

I'd tell him you can't attend a group size that large. LMAO

It could have been a female millennial type who thinks she is the gift to the management world. Yet knows squat about what she is really managing. That is a present trend. My current plight about to end.

Not being sexist, I do believe a manager should know what they are managing.

Except maybe in Musk companies. Read Elon's rules of management.

Next big reset will encourage a sea change in management philosophy. They are a dying breed. One can hope.

Reality is in most companies there are likely three times as manage managers as really necessary. Imo.
