2219 (in red) on a 4 hr.
In most places where it plays a support role, upside resulted.
It doesn't hold any resistance to moves through it from below.
Otherwise, a good amount of moves go through it like it's not there.
Currently, it's there.

Well, that wasn't too much of a "break down".
If it gets back to 2219 there becomes that upside potential again.
