Giving Tim the benefit of the doubt I think someone spoke to him confidentially and he is trying to keep his word and us informed. I hope people don't give him grief if his source is wrong.

The problem is the assumption that he has a source. And the additional problem is that some people might actually invest based upon a source that he might or might not have.

I spent the better part of a day tracking block trades that his source apparently predicted but that never materialized. Why should this failure be taken to mean that the source was wrong? Why shouldn't this failure be taken to suggest, just as possibly (if not more so), that he doesn't have a source at all?

What if every one on the thread were to start predicting this and that without any backup whatsoever? It would be pointless to be here, don't you think?

I think everyone likes to have that ray of hope, which makes predictions such as these so compelling and attractive. And I will be delighted when/if something wonderful does come down tomorrow. But why should I even begin to assume that that might happen?

P.S. Based on the research that I've done and reported, I believe that the future is bright for ASND and that there will, at random times, be positive news releases.

gerard,

I do not believe that Tim has any information that is confidential. If one guesses enough, one will eventually guess correctly.
