Fulvio: I not even going to respond to your last statement to me. Where did hear that Placer lawyers told tell them this? Reference please educate me. Give me the website.

Venezuela will have to pay for this. That is my point.

How about the settlement in July 1991 with Mael and CVG?

Why didn't Mael maintain the concessions in good order? Is there any truth the they did not pay their taxes?

Why after 6 years they started the fight again? Why not in 1992.?

Answer these questions.

Please don't come out of the closet on my behalf. Government agencies in Canada have sued other agencies. ie Environment etc. etc. But of course you know it all, so there is absolutely no way in the progressive society of Venezuela that one agency can sue another right ????

>>>PDG as victim. Now there's a heart breaker for you! If any of you guys had listened to me and done your homework, you would have learned that PDG had THEIR OWN LAWYERS tell them that the CVG had a tenuous at best (and illegal at worst) hold on Las Cristinas

Think Buddy !!! Was this before or after they perforated the crap out of the property! God you are a pompous S.O.B.
