at a time when stratospheric geoengineering is being evaluated as a response to climate change... That's both a lie... and the point... of the global warming fraud.. Should be corrected to read "is being used to enable"... which is the truth. They're ALREADY geoengineering... have been for a long time... They want to frighten you into granting them the power to control the climate... and thus they have manufactured an emergency to con you into giving them permission... to modify the weather... But, they're already modifying the weather... to enable the fear mongering in the effort made in seeking authorization to do so... In that bit of circular logic, the issue is... not one of technology... ONLY one of liability... They need you to absolve them of liability... so they can control (ruin natural) weather without risk... Right now... they do that only AT risk...
