John, It was probably a straight 10,000 share block. I have to agree with Sparky, SOCR has major technical damage.

It broke through long term trendline support on huge volume and that's the day after a huge bearish engulfing pattern on a candlestick chart.

I was stopped out yesterday when it filled the opening gap. I was really surprised because the earnings and statements were good.

I hope it does bounce from here
