Buckeye, thanks again for posting your DD. I have to concur with your statement that Ira wouldn't do anything foolish. I'm glad to see that he has been doing detailed calculations. I hope he plans to share those details with us very soon. Jin.

To All:

Perhaps others have already found this site. You might find it interesting. They even have a section for "stinky stocks". Guess what LE, Famh wasn't listed.

>>Mr. Monas gave the NY office as an example (obviously, other offices will vary), he indicated that in '98, the NY office will generate $2.5 million in sales, at a gross profit of 41% (that is correct), and that the FULLY DILUTED EPS (from the NY office alone) will be $0.0265 Per Share (that's rather specific, but he was reading from notes of his own calculations). <<

According to these figures, 2.5MM at 40% equals 1MM gross profit, or gross profit of .033/share if we figure 30MM shares. If that is the case, then net profit (eps) is just about 80% of gross. Works out to a net of 32% of total revenues. Pretty amazing. I wonder how many shares he was using in his calculations.

>> At 11:24 AM, on 2/3/98, Mr. Monas said, "A reverse split WILL NOT HAPPEN". He went on to indicate that he intends to do nothing foolish, just to obtain an early listing on either exchange. <<

That is certainly encouraging. The question then still remains as to how he will accomplish a 10 fold or greater increase in price necessary for a major exchange listing, while borrowing $12 million paid for by additional share dilution of over 40MM at current prices.

In any case, there should be more information tomorrow from the conference call, no? Perhaps some word on the audited financials.

Buckeye

I sincerely hope that you didn't take my previous post in the wrong manner.Thank you for posting your DD. I am looking forward to your future posts.

Did Ira give you any indication of the specific numbers related to the finance divisions?

Regards
Dennis

Buckeye, Thanks for the informative post. I appreciate your DD.

"Yesterday, we discussed another subject that I did not post,
and that was a "Reverse Split", in order to achieve listing. At
11:24 AM, on 2/3/98, Mr. Monas said, "A reverse split WILL
NOT HAPPEN". He went on to indicate that he intends to do
nothing foolish, just to obtain an early listing on either
exchange. I believe that others have posted this same
information, but I continued to read speculations, and thought it best to double check."

I was also told and posted on the thread that there would be NO reverse split. Thanks for checking. In never hurts to double check the important issues.
