>>Why the heck did I do that? I guess the devil made me do that! -g-<<

Do you consider that more abusive than the AOL short that I am holding in the mid 70's from few months back?:-) Somebody, please put poor AOL out of misery by shorting say 3.5 Million shares ;-)

FWIW DEPT - A Simple Entry Rule that Seems to Work For Me

Mohan,

I have added a new rule in the last couple of weeks that has been keeping me out of trouble and seems to work well.

Go long only when today's high is higher than yesterday's high and today's low is higher than yesterday's low.

Go short only when today's low is lower than yesterday's low and today's high is lower than yesterday's high.

You can try to improve on the prices as long as these conditions have already been met. The rules can also be used in reverse to exit a trade.

This needs to be used together with whatever other techniques you use to establish oversold or overbought conditions.

Any comments, pro or con, would be appreciated.

:-))

John
