Re << Social distancing / masking protocol obviously works well >>

I noted so because of the differences in infection per 1M population between Hong Kong and a lot of other places, as Hong Kong has a low vaxx rate and high population density, but everywhere we meander that be public space, including the sandy parts of the beach, we mask. Any one testing positive is put under enforced quarantine. Visitors are automatically quarantined.

There is nothing else that explains our low rate of infection as far as I know.

As to <<This might be a bit overstated and not doesn't sound very agnostic. Why is it alternative protocols to masking, distancing and vaccination aren't part of the discussion?>> … am agnostic, and we certainly practice healthy eating, boosting of immunity by way of traditional Chinese medicine, lots of sleep, plenty of water, vitamins and zinc, etc etc etc.

Am not anti-vaxx. Am waiting for better vaxx (defined as effective, without dire complications, w/o LT cumulative effects, etc etc) unless forced to vaxx.

Regularly checking on Israel, UK, … Korea, Japan, China, USA, Australia, etc etc

Suspecting large seasonality factor to Covid, and am alert to possibility of wave __ of variant __, that which might lead to lockdown __. Am concerned about possibility of vaccines turning out to be LT cumulatively toxic.

But, yes, am agnostic and in wait & see mode. Open minded.

Why is it alternative protocols to masking, distancing and vaccination aren't part of the discussion?

Also, why is it that masking protocols... insist on and/or accept masks that don't work ? The "numbers" are based on using N95 masks... but NO ONE is actually using N95 masks ?

Pesky questions... with no legitimate answers ?
