It is really dangerous for ignorant asses to try to interpret the outcome of court decisions. You should leave it to high school graduates. The moratorium ended on July 31. The decision mandated that it could not be extended without a reauthorization by congress, which they can’t get. So, Biden turned it over tonCDC who has no authority. It is a blatant violation of the law, and Biden all but admitted it today as he thumbed his nose at the Supreme Court. Can’t wait to hear what the “Rule of Law” believer Lane has to say about this.
