Trump is the only president in 50 years to hide his returns from the voters. I think the only way we will get them is either by televising Richie Neal's hearings, or when somebody indicts Trump for fraud or tax evasion.

What this idiot Sam wants is unlawful.

What is it that I want that is "unlawful"? And how am I an "idiot"?

If you are talking about Trump's tax returns, the law says that the tax returns of any citizen must be released to the tax related committees of Congress:Under federal law, the tax-related committees of Congress have a “broad right” to obtain taxpayer information from the Treasury Department, the IRS’ parent, the new opinion noted.

“The statute at issue here is unambiguous: ‘Upon written request’ of the chairman of one of the three congressional tax committees, the Secretary ‘shall furnish’ the requested tax information to the Committee,’” Friday’s opinion said.

The IRS has no choice about releasing them.
