>> There are many CPA's that would explain in detail what they mean to the people.

The first, most important idea is that a fundamental element of privacy applies to financial data. All of it. Just as it does to medical and legal. The public’s interest in knowing ranks lower than the individual's interests in preventing the people from knowing.

Besides, the issue is t about disclosing Trump's tax returns. The Committee is forbidden by the statute and the regulations there under to disclose the information.

The problem is that lawless scumbag Democrats, like you on this thread, will immediately disclose the data illegally by leaking it to the media.

CPAs cannot simplify this information sufficiently for an average voter to understand complex tax issues. Sorry, you just can't. I’ve tried many times. Most of you cannot understand fundamental precepts like basis, like realization and recognition, carry backs and carry forwards, deferred taxes, and why we have different treatments for capital gains. You are clueless or you wouldn’t be Democrats.

That argument is one for the benefit of the public and I’m right about it. But it isn’t the principal argument.
