Re <<No, I do not think there was a deliberate leak.>>

We wait, for the ‘report’ shall be concluded / interim-concluded per edict by Team Biden before end-August. Should be interesting no matter what its conclusion.

Re <<no evidence of significant human-to-human transmission and no health care worker infections have been reported>>

Nothing is significant until it become significant, and nothing reported until reported, especially in the early days it was supposedly a ‘flu’ until it wasn’t a flu.

Wuhan was shut down 18th January 2020. The Youtube videos starting that date looked like a Twilight Zone episode. From that juncture on, alarm should be considered as properly sounded. Had the political authorities done the right thing per proper script, arguably we would be in a better position than now.

Anything before that date was at best described as confusion, as would be at onset of an attack in war, even if attack tee-ed up by nature.

The way to be thorough is to check all donated blood samples and such say of January - December 2019, and see where earliest case appears to have surfaced.

The truth that Wuhan city sounded alarm first just proves one truth, that Wuhan sounded alarm first, and its people heroically, stoically, and unitedly stood against the viral onslaught, thinking they were alone on the front lines, giving all others everywhere a fighting chance.

The above is one script.

Many other scripts possible and believed. No script stands out with particular ‘must-be’.

As to pre-leak warnings, assumes a leak. Aussie scientist working at the Wuhan lab reported nothing unusual and was not infected.

The only virus lab not up to par and studying Covid was not in Wuhan. It was shut down September 2019 by report of NYT.

If I had to connect the dots, and suggest protocol for thorough investigation, what should I suggest?

My training in the main was electrical engineering, and much of that branch of knowhow revolves around hunting down bugs and separating out features, but methodically. So when I am presented with a script, any script, I ask myself, does that sound right, and how to make sure?
