Can someone provide a synopsis of what exactly this company does and how they will make money doing it. Arranging golf tournaments? There must be a special angle to this...what is it? Also, what are the financials: trailing 12 month revenues, trailing 12 month profits or losses, number of employees, book value, shares outstanding, inside ownership, cash on the balance sheet, short term and long term debt and total assets. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide this snapshot and forgive me if it is somewhere in the past posts...I didn't go through them all.
