Mark,

I would welcome any pop in this stock, particularly an up pop. I bought some when it dropped down in the 4's but not enough, as my average price is still near 10. Only problem is, the concept of 'help' software is so good, that I can't believe it is not wildly popular. I know what the tech rep is costing, and also the wait to talk to one. Any positive real news is going to jettison this stock.

Mark, there does seem to be support at this price. I hope
you are correct about an upward move in the near-term. I
am still looking for the price to be down just ahead of
the earnings report, although I think the report will be
a surprise on the up-side. I am convinced at this point
that *only* a positive earnings surprise is going to get
this stock headed upward again. The news releases just
have no affect at all, these days.
