I just don't understand a stock, that makes any profit at all, being below $1.

The range is too small for me to trade this. I think the offer got down to 5/8 once in the last few weeks but has never got to 3/4. I have noticed some of this going on which is fine. If one has enough money it would work. There are a lot better rolling stocks (Range riders) out there though.
