Tom, It is not unusual. My guess is the coverage, the run up in the stock price, and the firm's desperate need for money are setting the firm up for another offering of some sort. Nobody would buy fixed debt from them, and I think even the suckers who bought the "no-default no matter what we do" convertible will invoke the fool me once mantra this time. So, I look for a new stock issue. However, Brown Brothers is trying to rain on that parade. Best of luck to them. They may even have ethics over there. Or, more likely, they are being shut out of the new deal. -g- MB
