I see no reason to get a NASDAQ Small-Cap listing if they also fit the regular NASDAQ requirements...the listing bids are so close. I would prefer a AMEX listing actually since it isn't so volatile.

BTW...LE, if we got a major listing....a $6 target price may be a little too conservative.

I'll save the address so I can correct myself in the future. I didn't see this info,(but once again was told)isn't there a time period that a stock has to stay at the $4 level before it actually qualifies?
