Dismaying facts, indeed. No crime, however, that I can see, or at least, that's worth pursuing. Dilution is always one of the worst problems for small company stocks that are not profitable. The hope has to be that they will be landing some sizeable contracts fairly soon, or else that they register some more impressive design wins. (Or, both.) Given this management's treatment of shareholders, one has to regard the stock as quite speculative, imho. I am sick to think that I started this thread and believed the numbers KK was publishing; and I sincerely apologize to all. I have not lost all hope, but I don't see much basis for reasonable positive expectations as long as KK and DD are in charge. I have heard that the new people they've brought in are starting to make a positive difference. Just another claim, however. -DT
