Fulvio:
If you know the address to the Whole Story at Stock House, could you please post it for these poor misguided souls. I don't have it or I would do it.

Thanks
George

I said ...while the Venezuelan court is obviously obtuse or brain damaged or something

You said EXCUSE ME SIR. Please show me where I made this statement?

I don't mean to say that you endorse the above sentiment. What I mean to say is that your certainty in the result raises the question, "why no decision?". Admittedly, I am not aware of all the legal and supporting documents (which is why I will not take a stand on either side of this issue). I will defer to your knowledge and database of referenced information. Also, please exclude me from the "PDG camp". I believe that the resolution of this case is definitely more critical to KRY than to PDG, and I am not a member of anybody else's "camp".

Re: the zero-sum game: As far as a ruling, I agree with you. One company will get LC, one will not (most likely). But both companies can (and probably will) strive to realize increased shareholder value, regardless of the ruling. (ie. KRY and PDG share prices are not inversely proportional)

I am a partisan Republican. I cannot imagine why it is taking Ken Starr so long to "get the goods" on Clinton. At some point, however, I must ask myself: "why no goods?"
