HVT had a parabolic rise which topped in June. The stock has fallen 35% since and is showing signs of bottoming. This may only be a B Wave beginning. But even so, the stock should rise to the mid 40's. There is potential for more.

HVT has a multiple in the single digits. Earnings have been extremely strong. Shorts have extended their stay here. Balance sheet is very good. Dividend is 2.5%.

HVT is a major beneficiary of a strong economy. Like many cyclicals and consumer discretionary stocks, HVT is being priced for peak earnings. Again, I think the Market is dead wrong.

HVT is very volatile. The stock makes big moves over very short time periods.
