As I said, I wasn't trying to be sarcastic.
You're right, we're one big trading family.
"Cant't we all just get along?" (you had to
know that was coming, didn't you?)

The details on why there were problems on
Monday and Tuesday? The Key didn't have the
problems, it was the connection to NASDAQ that
caused downtime. That should be taken care of.
At least Paul B. was kind enough to say that
it is not the norm for the Key on those two days
because it is not. The new releases of the
software will greatly improve performance of
the Key. Ask Pete what he thinks so far.
