Probably trying to recover 250+k owed to it at teh 10 cents a share
that Cist offered Med-Tech.

I hope you are right. IMHO, Galton has not received nearly as much
credit for the previous buy back as he deserves. Also, IMHO, he should buy back all the stock he can at .10. (Yes, I am aware that the previous buyback had no lifting effect on the stock price. Enough of these will have an impact on the stock price.)

I own some shares of CIST stock.

Look for the periodontal news to be VERY positive. Cistron has been holding it back for several months now. If it was negative they would have released it last year.

Told the shareholders at the annual meeting the results would be released by the end of January? Heavy accumulation the last few trading sessions is a good sign.
